Organization

The meeting will consist generally in short presentations with ample discussion time. The topics to discuss include:
Scientific aspects (interest of IR and Antarctica for Exoplanet Science and Extragalactic Astronomy)
Technical aspects - instruments (telescope, detectors…)
Constraints of the site (temperatures, wind…)
Logistics: Specificities of Concordia
Political aspects, relations with Polar Agencies, funding
