 Why is it possible to reserve the reading room at the Nice Mont-Gros library ?

The reading room can only be reserved for the events listed below :

  • the statutory councils (CA, CS, CSA) ;
  • thesis defenses ;
  • event operations validated by the head librarian and the director of the Observatory.

How to reserve the reading room? 

Send an email to biblio@oca.eu specifying :

  • your first and last name ;
  • the nature of the event ;
  • the date ;
  • start and end time.
  • number of persons
  • type of configuration :
    configuration 0 (default). Library
    (4 work spaces and a relaxation area)

    A confirmation email will be sent to you after validation and recording of the reservation.

Please note : if you wish :
1. a particular organization of tables, a coffee break, a PhD defense party, you must contact the logistics service via the Helpdesk (consumption of food or drink is not permitted in the reading room : only outside)
2. use audiovisual equipment, videoconferencing, request training in these tools, you must also contact the IT department via the Helpdesk
